In a twist on the Hot Wheels® Super Chromes® deco, this year’s class of Rewards Priority Cars feature a shiny, metallic finish -- Spectraflame® gold! We only offer these very special editions to Red Line Club™ members. We know you’ll want to add these four classy treasures to your collection.
As a member of this year’s Red Line Club™, points are awarded to you every time that you purchase or have purchased an HWC™ Series Nine car or an RLC™ sELECTIONs™ car during the Priority Window of availability (24 hours for the Series Nine cars and one week for the sELECTIONs™ cars) this year. These points are added to your "My Account" page in the Shop after your credit card has been charged and your purchases have shipped.
- Each HWC™ Series Nine car you purchase is worth three points
- Each RLC™ SELECTIONs™ car you purchase is worth two points
- Occasionally, we may offer points for other sales; watch each sale for details.
Beginning July 23, 2010, you can use your points to place an order for any of the four cars. You must have accumulated at least nine points, since each car will cost you nine points. You can order as many cars, or as many of each car, as you have enough points for at the time you place your order -- but you must have at least nine points to redeem for any one RLC™ 2010 Rewards Priority Cars you order.
For example, if you have only ten points, you are eligible to order only one car, and the other point remains and can be combined with any more points you gain during further purchases this year. At the end of the year, any unused points are lost -- Rewards points will not carry over into the following year. Again, make sure that you have enough points for the cars you are ordering, and also note: order carefully, as orders are final and cannot be changed once placed.
NOTE: It is each member’s sole responsibility to check their Shop account to confirm how many points have been accumulated. Make sure you have enough points for the cars you are ordering (number of cars x 9). If you do not have enough points for the total amount of cars ordered, or all required fields of the online order form are not accurately completed, your request will be deemed invalid.
Since these cars will be made to order at the end of the year, you have until 10:00 PM PT on Friday, November 19, 2010 to place your order. (This will be after our last Series Nine car sale of the year, so even those points can be applied.) You can place orders before the final date (whenever you have enough points to do so), or you can wait and place one order for all the cars you want at once. Either way, you should have plenty of time to place your order. However, the cars will not be produced until after the November 19 cutoff date, once all the received orders have been processed.
To place your order, you will need to be signed in to your RLC™ account. Then you will need to read the Agreement for the RLC™ Rewards Priority Program and type "I ACCEPT" in the designated field before proceeding to the Order Page.
Each time you place an order, you should receive an e-mail from us confirming which car or cars you've just ordered. Please be patient - this will not be immediate. Then, once your order has been entered into the system, the points you have used for that order will be deducted from the total Rewards Points in your Shop account. It may take up to five business days for this deduction to display.
NOTE: Regardless of whether you order all the cars you have points for at once or on separate orders, all the Rewards Priority cars you order from each membership will be shipped together to the same address -- with no shipping cost (though residents of Canada will still need to pay a $5.00 USD duty processing fee). The address used will be the one you enter with your final order for the year. We anticipate that the cars will ship in spring of 2011, and we will notify you by e-mail once shipping is under way.
